Food & Beverage Included
- $300 food and beverage allowance included in the $2,850 (add $300 for a second person or $3,150 per mo. for two)
- You may spend your allowance in the café, the restaurant and/or the cocktail lounge.
- You may also order by phone and pick up meals or pay an extra fee and have them delivered to your residence.
- Watermere has professional chefs on staff. Menus are provided to you daily via email and/or print.

Property Maintenance Included
- All exterior of structures maintained, including roof, paint, foundation, brick, stone & Stucco.
- Master Insurance Policy on the Buildings provided. (Sometimes referred to as Blanket Insurance)
- Exterior landscape maintenance & irrigation provided for all common grounds & Club House
- Individual landscape maintenance & irrigation provided for all villas.
- Monthly exterior pest control.
- Window washing (twice a year for villas and condos)
- Housekeeping twice a month, deep clean once a year.
- Linens washed and sheets changed twice a month
- Community wide doggie stations
- Light bulb, battery & ac filter change
- Maintenance Staff Mon – Fri for emergency repairs and/or referral to local contractors.
