The most important part of everyday life at Watermere is dining and socialization.  We offer a variety of daily eating options, with an ever changing sampling of menu’s. You may order ala carte or  call ahead and  take-out to dine at home.

Spirits abound nightly in our full service cocktail lounge, even if you do not partake in alcohol consumption, meeting your friends for a coke is always a good idea.

The private clubhouse was designed by a local custom home builder and one of the original founders of Watermere at Southlake, Scott Simmons.  It was created with the feel of a cozy lodge.  There are beautifully appointed finishes, soaring ceilings, and 35,000 sf of well thought out spaces.  Visitors to our CLUB HOUSE remark that we thought of absolutely everything!  We have elegant gathering spaces to socialize, dine together and enjoy laughter with cocktails. We can see the latest movies, splash around in our heated pool and hot tub. It is a place to keep your mind and body fit.  There is a well appointed library, an active game room and a ball room for celebrations and luncheons.  You can relax in the spa, meditate in the yoga room or chase your cares away on a treadmill. The WATERMERE CLUB HOUSE is our comfortable place to enjoy life and seek refuge with friends and family.
